Fall Flavours Steal the Show at Morton’s this October

New seasonal dishes delight at Morton’s The Steakhouse this fall, as seven dishes are added to the moreish menu of American classics.

Highly prized for its exceptional marbling, the new Wagyu offering is an ideal choice for those seeking distinguished flavour, whilst the Filet Mignon is a premium choice for steak lovers in search of the unparalleled tenderness.

Starting this month, select appetizers and desserts get a touch of autumn at Morton’s, starting with a colourful Beet & Goat Cheese Salad (S$26++) — a perfectly balanced plate of nutty and earthy red and golden beetroot, candied walnuts and sharp, salty goat cheese served atop a bed of baby greens tossed in a honey-balsamic vinaigrette.

Bringing a new genre of seafood to the Morton’s menu are the Moules Marinières
(S$47++), a steamy dish of plump mussels prepared in a fragrant white wine broth.
Guests will enjoy soaking up the delicious juices with hunks of Morton’s sinfully good complimentary Onion Bread Loaf and can enjoy this plentiful dish solo, or as a shared item at the beginning of a meal.

A tender 10oz American Wagyu New York Strip (S$138++) joins Morton’s renowned repertoire of world class steaks alongside a substantial 14oz Bone-in Filet Mignon (S$138++).

The new fall menu is available from 15 October for a limited time only.

Morton’s of Chicago is located at The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Singapore, 4th Storey, 5 Raffles Avenue, Singapore. Reservations can be made at tel. (65) 6339-3740 or via www.mortons.com.
