Bridging the Future

Corum’s latest exceptional creation is the Ti-Bridge, a powerful and technical watch that houses Corum’s second mechanical movement, the new Caliber CO 007. The Ti-Bridge’s main feature is its usage of titanium, where the bridges and plates are cut from the material. Topped with a convex sapphire crystal, the case-back is satin-finished and is enhanced with a sapphire window revealing the movement, which is secured by two titanium ‘cross bars’. Only 750 units of the Ti-Bridge will be available this year.

Palimpsest

The newest incarnation of Longchamp’s signature Le Pliage bag is out! In conjunction with the 20th anniversary of France’s Association for the Development of Fashion Arts (ANDAM), an association which promotes French and international fashion talent, Longchamp has commissioned three limited-edition remakes of the enduring Le Pliage bag. “Here are three styles, three ideas, three ambiances that refl ect the diversity which is ANDAM’s misson to nurture,” says Nathalie Dufour, head of ANDAM.

The first Le Pliage is designed by Jeremy Scott who places a portrait of himself as a modern samurai on the bag while Charles Anastase treats the bag as an art canvas, poetically sketching a pair of ballet shoes and Persian cats.

I Do… Vivienne Lin sanctifies Ion Gallery with ETERNITY

Celebrating the spirit of holy matrimony is fashion designer vivienne Lin’s art installation at the Ion Gallery. The Founder and Creative Director of Fuchsia Lane joins hands with three other artists, chinoiserie artist Justin Lee, Peranakan artist susan Ong and popular Public Relations Consultant of Peranakan and Portuguese heritage Adeline Yeo, to present a collection of eight couture art gowns.

The exhibition allows a peak into the lives of these artists and their artistic journey from inspiration to installation, through dialogue sessions with two of the artists.

It is artistic moments like these that add colour to life, so married or not, indulge in some harmless wedding bliss and come be a witness to ETERNITY.
