Aculinary balancing act

Despite his wealth of experience, head chef Giuliano Dacasto does not possess the airs of a man helming the kitchen of an immensely successful haute diner commanding an army of twelve other chefs.

Having worked at the best restaurants in Europe like three Michelin-starred Ristorante Le Calandre di Rubani in Northern Italy and Gordon Ramsay’s Boxwood café in London, England, the strapping dark haired, blue eyed Dacasto seems to have done it all at the tender age of thirty.
