A Culinary Evening with Audra Morrice, Chef and Judge on Masterchef Asia​

Following her success as a finalist on MasterChef Australia in 2012 to a resident judge on MasterChef Asia, celebrity chef Audra Morrice regaled gourmands with a sensory journey of tastes and textures through an exclusive 5-Course Wine Dinner from 26 to 29 October 2017 at Pool Grill.


The best of Australian produce, eclectically Asian cooking styles and the creative harmonies of flavours and textures are hallmarks of Audra’s culinary repertoire, and diners experienced these ideals expressed with her indulgent menus.

Each exquisite creation was also perfectly paired with esteemed Australian wines from the famed Frankland Estate Vineyard.

It was an evening not to be missed – the priceless opportunity to get up close and personal with Audra Morrice, set amidst the enchanting ambience by the pool at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel and under the starry skies.
