Celebrate togetherness at a tropical paradise!

AYANA and RIMBA are inviting guests to ring in the ‘Year of the Dog’ with an array of exquisite menus and spectacular performances for a harmonious Chinese New Year celebration.

The celebrations begin on 15 February with Rock Bar, BALI’s standout Red Party. Follow the rubicund lanterns for an evening that intertwines the age-old tradition of a Barong Sai Parade, with modern day DJ sessions, live entertainment, and fireworks – all at the glamorous landscape of Rock Bar, BALI.

Ah Yat Abalone Seafood Restaurant

Nestled within the impressive grounds of RIMBA Jimbaran BALI by AYANA, Ah Yat Abalone Seafood Restaurant is just one of the venues headlining this year’s foodie events. The good fortune Set Menu and Lion Dance performance promise a conversation-starting experience.

Served from 15 to 16 February, Ah Yat’s set menu is about reinvention and creativity while keeping the flavours of traditional, well-loved ingredients. From the Roasted Suckling Pig Combination to Stewed South African Fresh Abalone to Steamed Garoupa, there are plenty of delicious options for guests to treat their palate to. Ah Yat Abalone’s not-to-be-missed ‘limited’ celebratory menu will also be featured from 10 February until 2 March.

In addition, on 15, 17 and 19 February, Kampoeng Bali will be serving up a blend of traditional performances and a mixture of the finest Balinese and Chinese cuisines.

On 15 February, at sister resort, AYANA Resort and Spa, BALI, Padi Restaurant will display a colourful Asian Spice Buffet that reflects the warmth of Asian hospitality. Driven by bountiful flavours from across the archipelago, guests will truly be spoiled for choice. The culturally rich evening will also include a live performance by Balinese rindik musicians and a Leong Dance.
