Hai Tien Lo Presents Exquisite Handcrafted Rice Dumplings

Commemorate the traditional Dragon Boat Festival (端午节) with a collection of rice dumplings from Hai Tien Lo (海天楼) including perennial favourites and new creations crafted by Executive Chef Lai Tong Ping’s (黎东平).

A decadent treat made of glutinous rice packed with an assortment of generous ingredients and hand-wrapped in bamboo leaves, the rice dumplings will be available from 1 to 30 May 2017.

In upholding the timeless tradition of enjoying rice dumplings with family or loved ones, the Premium Rice Dumplings Gift Set, consisting of three delectable flavours (Traditional Cantonese Jumbo Rice Dumpling, Classic Pork Dumpling with Preserved Vegetables and Fragrant Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Multi-Grain Rice) exquisitely packaged with a bottle of Hai Tien Lo’s Signature Homemade XO Chilli Sauce, will make it the perfect gift to commemorate this significant Chinese festival.

Other handcrafted flavours include Traditional Pork Dumpling with Salted Egg Yolk (SGD8.80 per piece), Traditional Nyonya Pork Dumpling (SGD8.80 per piece) and Traditional Cantonese Dumpling with Green Bean (SGD8.80 per piece).

Available from 1 to 30 May 2017, guests may enjoy these delectable rice dumplings while dining at Hai Tien Lo, or purchase as takeaways from the restaurant.
