Bayswater Kitchen, one of Singapore’s leading seafood-centric restaurant launches its first-ever Sunday brunch on 14 January 2018. Located at the serene and picturesque Marina at Keppel Bay on Keppel Island, brunch at Bayswater Kitchen puts a seafood-centric twist on brunch favourites, perfect for those looking for a healthy and relaxing seafood treat on Sundays.

Chef Jack Allibone

Start your meal with a chilled glass of Rosé or a refreshing jug of PIMM’s before being treated to Chef Jack Allibone’s specially curated menu highlights of which include Soft-Shell Crab Benedict, Grilled Prawn and Calamari Salad, and Lobster and Prawn Roll on a Brioche Bun. For those looking to enjoy a quintessential English Sunday Roast, Chef Jack channels his British heritage with tender slices of Ribeye Beef or Free-Roaming Chicken served with Yorkshire Pudding, Cauliflower Cheese, Roast Potatoes, Bacon & Cabbage, Peas, Carrots, and Gravy.

Fisherman’s Potluck

To truly taste the bounty of the sea, order the delicious seafood spread aptly called “Fisherman’s Potluck” filled with Lobster, Prawns, Squid, Mussels, Clams, Fish, Potatoes and Sweet Corn, for a fuss-free seafood fix. The restaurant’s signature Fisherman’s Feast is also available upon request.

Alfresco by the water

Whether you choose to sit alfresco by the water or in the breezy indoor space, you’ll also be serenaded to the jazzy tunes from a two-piece acoustic band. Feel like working off some calories pre-or post-brunch? Then head to the recreational room and challenge your friend to a game of ping pong or foosball. There is also a special children’s menu and colouring activities so brunch can be a family affair.

Yuan Oeij is Chairman and Founder of highly successful The Privé Group, which has become known for their distilnctive F&B and nightlife outlets across the city. Bayswater Kitchen is the latest addition to their portfolio. Bayswater Kitchen embodies Yuan’s core values of honesty, sincerity and unpretentiousness. Prior to launching The Privé Group, Yuan embarked on his culinary career as one of Singapore’s pioneer “Chef For Hire”, cooking gourmet meals in homes and offices. When he is not busy running The Privé Group, Yuan embraces life and enjoys cooking for his wife and son.
